Elaboración:

1º Pesar los tres ingredientes y verter en un recipiente o envase para ambientador de coche.

2º Agitar y colgar en el vehículo.

 

Comentarios:

Esta sencilla receta nos proporcionará un frescor olor y sensación a pureza con ingredientes sanos ya que se utilizan aceites esenciales puros y por tanto no estaremos en ningún caso contaminándonos con productos que contengan ingredientes tóxicos como por ejemplo como los famosos ftalatos.

Los estudios científicos han asociado algunos ftalatos con efectos muy diversos. Se han estudiado alteraciones producidas por exposición prenatal, en la infancia, en adultos… Entre los efectos asociados se citan: asma y alergia infantil, limitación de la función pulmonar en hombres adultos, daños en el esperma,  anomalías en el desarrollo genital masculino (como la criptorquidia), alteración de los niveles de testosterona, ginecomastia en adolescentes varones, acortamiento de la distancia anogenital en varones recién nacidos (síntoma de feminización), alteraciones del comportamiento (como feminización de la conducta infantil), telarquia precoz (desarrollo prematuro de las mamas en las niñas), endometriosis, cáncer de mama, alteración de la formación de los folículos ováricos, partos prematuros, bajo peso al nacer (que puede traer aparejado mayor mortalidad infantil y mayor riesgo de problemas cardiovasculares y metabólicos en el estado adulto ), trastorno de déficit de atención e hiperactividad, problemas de desarrollo cognitivo y motor en los niños, obesidad, resistencia a la insulina (ligada a la diabetes)…
